All Bodytreat products are formulated for external use only. Always read the label before use. Do not apply to broken, irritated, or sensitive skin without first consulting a medical professional.
Keep products out of reach of children. Avoid contact with eyes. If contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with water.
Store all products in a cool place, out of direct sunlight. The natural ingredients in Bodytreat products are sensitive to heat and UV exposure, which can affect product quality.
Our products contain natural plant oils and pure essential oils. While we use only high-quality, natural ingredients, individual sensitivities can occur. We recommend performing a patch test before first use — apply a small amount to the inner wrist and wait 24 hours.
If you are pregnant, nursing, have a known medical condition, or are taking medication, please consult your healthcare provider before use. Some essential oils are not suitable for use during pregnancy.

We retain order-related information for seven years for tax and accounting purposes. Email marketing data is retained until you unsubscribe. You may request deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us, subject to any legal retention obligations.

Some of our service providers (Stripe, Klaviyo, Meta) are based outside New Zealand. By using our site, you consent to your personal information being transferred to and processed in those countries. We only use providers that offer adequate data protection safeguards.
