Due to the handcrafted and perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used items unless the product is faulty or damaged on arrival.
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with a photo of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
