22 Years of Aromatherapy

From England to the Tasman hills

Bodytreat was born from a lifetime of dedication to holistic wellbeing. Rosie began her aromatherapy journey in England in 2002, earning several diplomas across aromatherapy, therapeutic massage, and holistic health.

In 2005 she set up her own clinic in the UK, treating clients with therapeutic massage and aromatherapy blends she formulated herself. In 2009 she returned to New Zealand, bringing her expertise to the boutique Nelson Wellness Day Spa as a holistic massage therapist and beauty therapist.

In 2020 she established her own Tasman clinic and launched Bodytreat — handcrafting each blend in small batches with the same care she has brought to aromatherapy for over two decades. Every bottle is a product of her expertise, her genuine love for essential oils, and the beautiful land that surrounds her.

2002

Begins aromatherapy training in England, discovers a passion for essential oils and holistic health.

Every Bodytreat product uses a base of premium natural carrier oils — apricot kernel, grapeseed, jojoba — chosen for their skin compatibility and nutrient richness. Into this base, Rosie blends therapeutic-grade essential oils sourced from trusted growers around the world, with some sourced from local New Zealand suppliers.

Natural Vitamin E tocopherols are added to every blend as a natural preservative — no synthetic chemicals needed.
